Cookies n cream blizzards! anyone? whenever i visit an ice-cream parlor or a cake shop i always end up getting a scoop of cookie ice-cream or a piece of cake enriched with cookies and cream.
As simple as cookies and cream sounds there is just something irresistible about anything that includes cookies and cream.
I choose Oreos as cookies because they have a slight saltiness to them that just completes the taste.
I hope you guys will love this cake as much as i do once you try it. Good luck!

Preparing the Frosting
